Those of us at The Spanking Digest are spankophiles, we're not techies.  We know  just enough to make these pages possible.  Unfortunately, we don't know beans about your computer.  The clips on these pages all play on YOUR computer...not ours.  We only provide the video files.  Occasionally, one of our files may have a problem, but that is VERY rare and usually corrected within 24hrs.  We always appreciate members letting us know if one of our files has a problem.  You can write to us at: SpankingDigest@aol.com  

However, if you are experiencing trouble viewing all of the clips, then the problem most likely lies with your software.  The majority of clips on this site are .rm or .ram file types and should be played using the newest version of RealPlayer.  If you are experiencing trouble you most likely need a new copy of RealPlayer.

While email is still the quickest and best way to receive answers to your questions, we know that some times you just need to talk to a "real person."  Unfortunately, we can no longer take payment over the telephone. Please try to call during business hours if possible. If we don't answer please leave a number and a time that we can call you back.  If you just want to let us know we are doing a good job or if you want to let us know what you want to see more of or how we can improve the sites leave that message too. 
 
Updating all the sites with over 500 new items a month takes a lot of time so we don't have time to just chat. Thank you for your understanding.
